Our supplier will submit a report to us and from that we will determine whether the item should be refunded, replaced or professionally repaired. On receiving a faulty item, we will return it to our supplier for inspection – this can take up to 2 weeks.
Goods which are excessively soiled will be returned to you at your expense. Due to health and safety regulations we will only accept faulty goods in a hygienic and clean condition. In the event that your purchase is not as it should be or has developed a fault please return it to us. Goods will not be dispatched until postage costs are paid. If you are outside of the UK you will need to cover the cost of postage for the destination we are posting to (see shipping chart). If you are within the UK and your purchase is under £35 you will need to provide us with a cheque for £5.00 payable to S R Cunningham Outdoor Centre or contact us with your credit/ debit details to cover the postage costs. Should you require an exchange in size/ colour of the same item being returned please fill out the ‘exchange’ section on our returns form. A credit note will be issued for the value of the goods. You can still return goods after 14 days but no monetary refund will be given. An email will be sent confirming that a refund has been processed.
For any other reason the customer is responsible for any return postage costs.Īll refunds will be given as soon as possible, at the latest within 30 days, taking into account the original method of payment. Human error does occur therefore if we have sent out the wrong colour/ size, Cunningham’s will refund your postage costs.
Please use a registered mail or guaranteed delivery service for all returns, as proof of postage is not proof of delivery.
